Dear Curtis Spanburgh,

We’re once again pleased to present you with the 2018-2019 Microsoft Most Valuable Professional (MVP) award in recognition of your exceptional technical community leadership. We appreciate your outstanding contributions in the following technical communities during the past year:

  • Business Solutions

This week, many MVPs lost their standing.  I also expected this but was surprised by the email.

After 12 years , I don't jump up and down anymore over this.   I am grateful that it continues to help me make a living and get the "Joy of work" in my life.

Helping people to make a living and keep their jobs is rewarding.  You can help a person in a spiritual way or a physical way, but it is better if you can do both.

I still have many member and former members of this site to thank for helping me all these years and the thing I have learned here still help me make a living and support my immediate family and my family of friends all over the earth.

You folks know who you are.  Thank you.

Congratulations!!!

No small task.  I've been noticing as I struggle through supporting Office 365 that Microsoft seems to be relying a lot on MVP's to be an active vocal community.  It's interesting to hear from this side of the fence that maybe they are also becoming more selective within the program.

Very glad you made the cut, you've been very helpful on here!!!

Thanks Everyone.   I was surprised this time for sure.

They say it's collective activity.  So I made the cut.   But now I am so busy with work.

Every project means learning something new and figuring something out.
