While Tor exit nodes can be identified fairly easily, it doesn't necessarily identify the user at the entry point.  I never trusted Tor 100%.  I've heard that law enforcement has bought entire data centers to set up their own exit nodes.  Every day users can set up their own exit nodes as well. Granted, the average Tor user doesn't have that knowledge. Tor gives a false sense of security for lazy users who don't want to leave the comfort of their homes, to obtain privacy.

TOR always mentioned that DNS was an issue.
Well at least 4 years ago the help files mentioned it.
They had solutions mentioned at that stage.

As Backtrack and Kali say...the quieter we become the easier it is to listen

Users have moved away from Kali saying that it wasn't as 'stealthy' as it was previously thought.  The TAILS Live OS which uses Tor claims privacy for all from any location.
