Greetings -
running a single server of Remote Desktop services on Windows 2008R2

The server was just set up and it is virtual with vmware. Profiles would be local as it is for a handful of users that will be using it for a jump host of sorts. Anyhow when users logon to it would take up to 10 minutes to create a profile.  I can understand the initial logon will take a little time to create the profile but not that long also on some it would time out and fail. It worked great for me. Also some would get "the requested session is denied". It is licensed and activated per user.

Any other hints tips or things to try that would be great. (yes the users are added to the remote desktop group) 😉

When I hear slow and virtual machine, I always think at disable VM Queueing on the host.
(our hosts are Hyper-V)
