I’m new to Reddit but follow the r/sysadmin page. This blog entry is about a post this guy made on Reddit as he tried to figure out what this device was doing in his closet, what it did, etc. Fascinating reading.

That deactivated account belongs to an ex employee who (for some reason) made a deal with management that he could still have a key for a few months until he moved all his stuff out of the building (don't ask..).

Don't ask? Don't have to ask. How is it a deactivated account if it's still accessible?
