I've made a view for the calendar in Outlook 2010 (on Win7) that colors my appointements based on the subject.  Example: "Holiday" => red, "meeting" => blue,...

But when I logon to a Remote Desktop Session Host and start Outlook 2010 all calendar items are orange. Although the same view is applied.

Any ideas ?

In could be changes between rds and local (profile not applying, different mso/os, etc).

But probably these settings arent copied in your roaming profile. I have the same problem with outlook shortcuts..

Hi Dennis, It seems like those calendar views are store in the Exchange mailbox itself.
I created the views on a desktop PC, and when I launch Outlook on the RDS I get the same views, only they doesn't seem to work.

I use User profile Disk, so the profile on RDS is not the same as my roaming profile on the desktop.
Even when I create a view in the RDS environment, I can't get them applied. The color is always orange.

Can you confirm that is should (or not) be possible to create and apply a view in Outlook (2010) on RDS that changes the color of a calendar item based on keywords in the subject ?
