I work for a tier x CSP partner. We sell and offer Azure support to customers. Its backed off to MS when we can't fix it. So it used to be tier 3. Then tier 1, the 3 again! To log an Intune ticket, we normally log a tick in the CSP Portal, proxied to the tenant.

Anyway, in the last 6 or 7 months we have had issues logging tickets. We get proxied to the tenant and permissions denied. Logged tickets at least 4 times so far!
Anyone else seen similar issues?

Have you tried turning it off and walking away? The next person can fix it!
