Normally when I run Enable-PSRemoting -Force I usually see this message -

PS C:\Windows\system32> Enable-PSRemoting -Force
WinRM is already set up to receive requests on this computer.
WinRM is already set up for remote management on this computer.

Same with winrm quickconfig

However, on some 2012 R2 & 2016 WIN Servers that I am having issues connecting too I am not gettin any response.  It sits for about 45 seconds and then returns to the cmd prompt.

PS C:\Windows\system32> Enable-PSRemoting -Force
PS C:\Windows\system32>

Is this normal ?  Is there a way to check if PS Remoting is actuall running?

Everything looks correct when running

winrm enumerate winrm/config/listener
winrm get winrm/config
Get-Item WSMan:\localhost\Client\TrustedHosts

Found it.  Someone decided to override GP and turn on WIN Firewall and cranked up UAC beyond what we normally use.
