Encrypted a cluster shared volume using bitlocker.  Everything is Windows Server 2012 R2.

Used the recoverykey option to make a recovery file (*.bek).

manage-bde -on c:\clusterstorage\data -protectors -add -recoverykey c:\recoverykey

We want to replace the old file with a new one thereby invalidating the old file.  I can't seem to get the thing to remove the recovery key protector.  Both files will unlock the volume.  Is there a way to invalidate the old file and make a new one?
