I'm so glad that I never opened accounts with Yahoo or Google.  BTW, Red Hat just made a deal with Google Cloud.  Red Hat stock didn't budge.

According to Don Jones, "jump servers" used by admins were to blame in part.  He has a nice write up on ways to lock them down:
