Apparently ntbackup.exe is not included in Win 10.  What is recommended?

You can run the backup in control, it is the win 7 backup.

I like Veeam Endpoint Protection as an option.

Windows 10 does have a Windows Backup solution that is image based as well.

Both are free and work well, just offer different ease of management options and support.
