Hi,

Any recommendations for tools for checking the integrity of VHD and VHDX's on a regular basis?

Cheers

chkdsk.exe  ?

If these VHD(x) files are in use, you have to run the chkdsk.exe from the VM. Actually I think that the chkdsk is already done on a regular base for Win2012 and up, see http://www.minasi.com/newsletters/nws1305.htm

If the VHD(x) files are not in use, you can mount them with diskpart.exe or diskmgmt.msc.

If any of the VMs are Linux, fsck would be the command.
