I'm wondering what and how others are doing to secure Azure IaaS in both Azure only and Hybrid deployments.

I'll go over a few of the things I'm doing and some of the things, but interested to hear what others are doing.

Basics are no administrator accounts, AV, management and monitoring with kaseya and some limited OMS security auditing.

Site to site VPN or Client to Site VPN.
RDS farms with RDS Gateway and self signed certs.
Locked down RDP access to only known and trusted IP's

I've spent most of my time is classic but now doing a bit more in ARM so need to look at NSG and other functionality.

So do you hide guests behind load balancers?
Do you give guests external IP's?
What else do you do?

Since you mentioned load balancers, it brought to mind F5 Networks.  That's what Hillary used on her famous email server.  The FBI admitted that there were hacking attempts but no one succeeded.
