Hi, I am looking for a script to do the following. Does anyone have any suggestions or has something suitable? (I'm no PS expert) Scenario: Hyperv1 hosting SERVER1 which is replicated to Hyperv2 - pause hyper-v replication of SERVER1 on Hyperv2 - copy the folder containg SERVER1's .vhdx files etc to a local USB drive - provide an indication of the progress of the copy, so that we can confirm it is functioning and see roughly (i.e. a %) how long the copy has left to run - once complete restart the replication of SERVER1 from Hyperv1 to Hyperv2 - reset the statistics of the replication report in hyperv manager Cheers PT

Yes I agree. Robocopy is what we use at the moment and it is great, but how can you integrate that with a PS script to pause and restart the replication? Cheers
