We've lost approx 50% of our subscriptions servers.

Azure Health

Starting at 13:27 UTC on 29 Sep 2017 a subset of customers may experience difficulties connecting to resources hosted in this region. Engineers have determined that this is caused by an underlying Storage incident which is currently under investigation. Other services that leverage Storage in this region may also be experiencing impact related to this, including Virtual Machines, Cloud Services, Azure Search, Azure Site Recovery, Azure Backup, App Services, Azure Cache and Azure Monitoring. Engineers are seeing signs of recovery and have identified a potential underlying root cause. The next update will be provided in 60 minutes, or as events warrant.

I wonder, when is a warning not a warning?

It was just virtual machines 10 minutes ago.
