Hi

I have a GPO that Blocks Edge.  For new users of a computer it works great but for an existing user it isn't working.

After doing gpresult /r it is showing as being applied but it isn't.  For a new user of a computer (first time logging in) though it is working just as expected.

Can anyone offer some advise?

Many thanks

How are you blocking Edge today? What kind of rule are you using?

That seems reasonable. What OS version are these machines running? Also, have you looked in the Applocker log on the machines where it's not working (https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ee791749(v=ws.10).aspx)? I'd be curious to see what it says when a user runs Edge on a good machine vs. not.
