We have an employee help with creating users and re-enabling users in AD.
This issue we recently found out she was clicking on Password never exprires.

rather than opening every single users account to verify Password never expires.  Can anyone suggest an easier way to local account?

A couple of ways using the Active Directory module with PowerShell

Search-ADAccount -PasswordNeverExpires | FT Name,ObjectClass -A

or

Get-ADUser -filter { (PasswordNeverExpires -eq $true) -and (enabled -eq $true)} -Properties Surname,givenname, userprincipalName,PasswordNeverExpires| FT Name,ObjectClass,PasswordNeverExpires -A
